It was a beautiful day and people were enjoying the sun.

It was a beautiful day and people were enjoying the sun. There were 15 people, 2 dogs and 2 horses walking the beach. A few flocks of shorebirds and the usual gulls were along the shore. The beach was very flat and clean, with the driftwood pushed back against the dunes by the recent waves. There was one Brandt's Cormorant body but that was the only notable find. There was little human litter.

A nice bright day with a large group of birders from 30 cars looking for Snowy Plovers when I started but only 13 people walking or sitting on the beach on my way back.
