This was a nice cloudy day with only 4 cars in the parking lot and four people on the beach, one with a dog.

This was a nice cloudy day with only 4 cars in the parking lot and four people on the beach, one with a dog. Just one flock of gulls, no shorebirds, no bird carcasses and no debris. The beach is long, with sand starting up on the dunes over much of the wood. The restrictions for the Snowy Plover are not set up yet. The invasive grass in the plowed area at the south end has been sprayed making the area look barer. No other disturbances were noted on this mile.
