Driftline Content

Wood pieces. Very little driftline on Monday but by Friday, the beaches and driftline were filled with flooding debris washed to the ocean and then back to the beach.

Man-made Modifications

New riprap or shoreline protection structures. Starfish Manor construction continues with additional cliff protection. Photo attached

It has been a very hard year for Lion's Mane jellies with large numbers of whole or almost whole jellies and pieces, large and small at the tide line. Enjoyed meeting a praying mantis and, hopefully assisting in its recovery from the tide.
