A foggy, windless day on very wide beach with abrupt cliff edge; lots of illegal fireworks this day after the 4th of July and lots of picnic junk including clothing!

A foggy, windless day on very wide beach with abrupt cliff edge; lots of illegal fireworks this day after the 4th of July and lots of picnic junk including clothing! Most people were driving around in vehicles; one surf-fishing; 3 walking/running. PEFA plucking gull kill.

Lots of used and unused fireworks, litter, burned cans/etc., firepits with refuse, lots of trash, bottles; on truck with a pile of kids in the back drove at a peregrine falcon plucking a dead gull on the beach until it flew, but it came back after they left and continued plucking.

One pickup stuck in sand being towed out by commercial towing company when I arrived.
