The only human activity was that noted at Otter Crest State Wayside where it is apparent that tourist season is definitely underway.

The only human activity was that noted at Otter Crest State Wayside where it is apparent that tourist season is definitely underway. The only wildlife observed were two cormorants plus ubiquitous gulls. No physical changes of any sort were observed along the shoreline.

Temperature: 55 F. Cloud Cover: Cloudy. Wind Velocity: Calm/Light. Wind Direction: SW. Tide Level: 2.5 feet.
Human Activities
No vehicles parked on Otter Crest Loop except for a large number at Otter Crest State Wayside, where people were observing the shoreline from inside the Lookout Building and from adjacent observation points.
Notable Wildlife
The only notable wildlife seen were two cormorants flying at a distance.

No human activity was noted on or near the shoreline, the only activity noted being people driving along Otter Crest Loop, with a few parking for short periods of time at the Lookout at Otter Crest Wayside for the views.

On a nice, fairly calm and partly cloudy day on the central Oregon coast, there were only a few people driving along Otter Crest Loop and even fewer stopping to enjoy the view from the the Lookout at Otter Crest State Scenic Wayside.

It was a very pleasant sunny day and the ocean was calm, so visibility at and slightly below the surface of the ocean was excellent.
