Very calm day at the coast.

Very calm day at the coast. Very low tide. No birds observed. More wood pieces this time but less litter.

No birds observed. A very quiet day at the coast.
Driftline Content
Wood pieces. More wood pieces than observed in January. Not much litter.
Man-made Modifications
New riprap or shoreline protection structures. Looked like ocean-borne trees were being used to prop up the "cliffs" at the southern end of Southshore community. Didn't look natural.
Natural Changes
Erosion still continuing south of Henderson Creek in the areas formerly reported as erosion concerns. More fallen chunks.

No action taken. Photos were not taken due to dead camera battery.

This time I concentrated on the area south of Henderson Creek where there is more activity. Photo submitted, & will be the last one. Beach was quite clean and probably because of the beach clean-up activities the previous Saturday.

A pleasant day on the beach at very low tide which exposed one large tidal pool which hadn't seen before.
