Tide up, rocks almost underwater, heavy surf.
Report Details
Tide up, rocks almost underwater, heavy surf. Strawberry Hill, eight Harbor Seals in the water and upon the rocks. People were watching the ocean from their cars and also from the beaches at Bob Creek. On the beach, cobbles were exposed with very little sand visible and many logs piled at base of bluffs.
