Mile 187 Report
Neptune SP, Bob Creek, Gwynn Knoll

Beautiful day on the beach.
Report Details
Beautiful day on the beach. Lots of families respectfully exploring the rocks and tidepools. One woman wearing far too much patchouli. I could smell her long before I could see her. There was far less garbage on the beach then I had expected to see, especially for how many people where on the beach, which is always a pleasant surprise.
Conditions
Temperature: 58 F. Cloud Cover: Partly Cloudy. Wind Velocity: Calm/Light. Wind Direction: SW. Tide Level: -0.5 feet.
Human Activities
Number of people: 28. Number of dogs: 3. Walking or running: 8. Tidepooling: 10. Weather was beautiful after over a week of bad weather and it seems everyone had the same idea of going to the beach. About 4 different families with children. Most of the groups had at least one person with a bucket collecting rocks or shells. Most people where exploring along the rocks, only a few were exploring the tide pools at the time I was there.
Vehicles
Driftline Content
Wood pieces. There was very little trash spotted along the driftline. Only one straw, a couple small pieces of plastic, and one plastic bag.
