Mile 184 Report
N of Ocean Beach Picnic Area, S of Squaw Creek
November 25, 2022
Today was the second day of King Tides for November 2022.
Report Details
Today was the second day of King Tides for November 2022. There were several people observing the tides from the safety of the stairs and in the parking lot overlooking the beach. The beach was completely covered with tide reaching the back bluff. It was not possible to see to the end of the beach because of the weather conditions, too foggy and rainy. The tides brought a large amount of driftwood onto the beach including, two logs which I estimated to be over 20 feet in length.
Conditions
Temperature: 48 F. Cloud Cover: Rain. Wind Velocity: Moderate. Wind Direction: SE. Tide Level: 9.0 feet.
