Mile 184 Report
N of Ocean Beach Picnic Area, S of Squaw Creek
August 21, 2023
It was a blustery day on Ocean Beach.
Report Details
It was a blustery day on Ocean Beach. The wind was whipping the sand around the beach. There's been a lot of sand moved onto the beach since my last visit and the wind has created some interesting shapes on the beach. There were still quite a few people agate hunting this late in the season. Most of the crab molt I observed this trip was on the high rock areas. I didn't observe any pigeon guillemots in the cave.
