The beach was very clean, no real wrack line.

The beach was very clean, no real wrack line. Not the usual kelp pieces or chunks of wood. Just smooth sand and small rocks.

Temperature: 52 F. Cloud Cover: Sunny. Wind Velocity: Calm/Light. Wind Direction: S. Tide Level: -0.5 feet.

Total dead birds: 2.
Driftline Content
Small rocks, Wood pieces. The drift line was very clean today. I found a few pieces of old poly rope, a chunk of plastic pipe and an old mylar balloon on a ribbon higher in the sand. I forgot to bring a trash bag but was able to carry all of the trash in one hand.

The dead jellies were only on the main beach, not the little pocket beach bordering Battle Rock.

During a brief respite from rain, I found the Port busy withdrawing a boat from the harbor.
