Driftline Content
Seaweeds and seagrass, Shells, Animal casings (e.g., crab, shrimp molt), Wood pieces. Several molts of Emerita analoga, unusual for this season. Clumps of Nereocystis. Flock of 70 gulls, Larus occidentalis, standing near mouth of Astbury Creek and moving as I approached.
New Development
Drainage pipes. Two new large plastic hoses, two new culverts with closeable lids, new trench through cobbles for outflow in front of culverts.

Exotic pampas grass (native to South America) on face of seacliff.
