The beach was busy on this nice, sunny, Sunday afternoon--one of the few sunny days this year. Most of the mile fronts Bob Straub State Park. Activities noted were dog-walking, strolling, playing in the sand, kite flying, playing in the surf, and picnicking. The beach was more narrow than usual for this period soon after low tide. It was also fairly clean.
