No significant problems observed. Two vehicles in legal area. Small concentrations of gulls and seals at Nestucca Bay entrance.

Approximately 30 gulls and at least 12 harbor seals observed in the water at Nestucca Bay entrance. Sand level at the Horizon trail is down about eight feet from summer levels, but replacement is occurring.
