Beach was relatively clean and wide.

Beach was relatively clean and wide. Saw about 8 walkers, one with two dogs. Tire tracks visible several places along beach, probably from an ATV. Some foam pieces and plastic bags along high tide line. Found a few plastic water bottles. One bottle cap with label in Russian. Found one new woman's athletic shoe.

Seaweeds and seagrass, Animal casings (e.g., crab, shrimp molt), Shells, Styrofoam, Wood pieces. Fishing float with line buried in sand just off shore

Severe dune erosion causing many large shrubs and trees to fall onto the beach. Previous report in February showed dune cliff stable but receding.

Apparent crab exuvia - lots of Dungeness crab shells along the high-tide line and in the shallow mini-lagoons formed at low tide.
