Beach generally clean, some foam pieces, one wooden shipping pallet, picked up two bags of plastic bottles including one Japanese dish washing detergent bottle.

Beach generally clean, some foam pieces, one wooden shipping pallet, picked up two bags of plastic bottles including one Japanese dish washing detergent bottle. Several spherical plastic fish net floats at north end of mile. Found a clean 2 x 4 board on sand. Few people on beach, one couple said they walk beach every day to and from post office and pick up trash as they walk home.

Severe dune erosion causing many large shrubs and trees to fall onto the beach. Previous report in February showed dune cliff stable but receding.

Apparent crab exuvia - lots of Dungeness crab shells along the high-tide line and in the shallow mini-lagoons formed at low tide.
