All the visitors I saw were just taking pictures and enjoying the views.

All the visitors I saw were just taking pictures and enjoying the views. No one went beyond the fences. I saw 5 harbor seals sunning themselves, 20 Brown Pelican. and 26 Common Murres.

Human Activities
From the Devil's Punchbowl you could see several surfers on the beach below trying to surf, but the waves were not large enough to surf.
