There is a new layer of sand on this beach disguising the ocean debris underneath. Very little debris seen today. There were about 20-25 people enjoying the low tide (-1). Much more of the beach was accessible today and people were exploring the exposed areas. Erosion of the bluff continues to be a feature of this beach. There are many exposed drain pipes and one storm sewer has fallen to the beach.

Number of people: 20. Walking or running: 20. Playing in sand: 4. Sitting: 2. Tidepooling: 15. It was a low tide, so people were walking on the rocks and looking in tidal areas.

Cars/trucks parking: 5.

Notable Wildlife

Very few birds on the beach.

Seaweeds and seagrass, Animal casings (e.g., crab, shrimp molt), Small rocks. No debris except high on the beach.

Erosion of vegetated foredune, Visible retreat of solid bluff.
