Beautiful day but sad to see the path to the beach widened significantly with the creek changing path due to the back hoe that was in the process of rip rapping the property just to the north of Mile 220.

Temperature: 53 F. Wind Velocity: Calm/Light. Tide Level: -0.3 feet.

Human Activities

Number of people: 10. Number of dogs: 3. Walking or running: 6. Tidepooling: 4. A huge backhoe was on the beach putting new and old riprap (huge rocks) just to the north of Schooner South creek, their travel path down to the beach has actually changed the flow of the creek . The parking area and access was closed off with signs and their working truck and vehicles as well.

Lots of sea stars!!!
