A foggy start to a beautiful walk, saw 8 Turkey vultures.

A foggy start to a beautiful walk, saw 8 Turkey vultures. Plovers (Snowy?) and whimbrel. Lots of summer sand on the beach allowing for entry through the south "cave" to the beach beyond (always fun when that happens).

Cloud Cover: Foggy. Wind Velocity: Calm/Light. Tide Level: 0.5 feet.

A sad day for Mile 220, although the weather was amazing it was super hard and sad to see the tar globs in the mid-section of my mile.
