No evidence of tempary streams and berms created in the surf zone from previous months...all smooth surf zone. Barrier dunes smooth and slop gradually. Plant growth more evident at base of dunes.I beached (dead) sub adult California Sea Lion. No evidence of injury. Backed was stripped (evenly) of fur, suggesting it may not have been an animal that did it. Reported the find to the Oregon Marine Mammal Network.For COASST Found 2 beached (dead) birds. Common Murre.
