A beautiful morning on South Beach, with few people, and hundreds of jelly fish washed up with the evening tide from the night before. Counted 31 Snowy Plover hanging out on Mile 214

Number of people: 7. Number of dogs: 4. Walking or running: 3. Playing in sand: 3. Surfing: 1. Even tho it was only 49 degrees, the sun was warm, and I expected more people on this beautiful Saturday morning without wind.

Counted 31 Snowy Plover from south end of State Park to the overlook north.
Dead Fish or Invertebrates
Unusual concentration. hundreds of jelly fish and piles of sea grass. I think some were Moon Jellies, but not sure. They must have washed up on the 9.1 tide the evening before.
