It was a beautiful, sunny day and a lot of phase 1 visitors hit the beach.

It was a beautiful, sunny day and a lot of phase 1 visitors hit the beach. Lots of families playing in the sand/surf and just enjoying the sun.
Conditions
Temperature: 64 F. Cloud Cover: Partly Cloudy. Wind Velocity: Calm/Light. Wind Direction: SW. Tide Level: 3.0 feet.
Human Activities
Number of people: 68. Number of dogs: 8. Walking or running: 26. Playing in surf: 12. Playing in sand: 7. Sitting: 14. Other Activities: flying a kite- 2; playing frisbee-3. I forgot to count the cars/trucks in the parking lot!
Driftline Content
Small rocks, Seaweeds and seagrass, Shells, Animal casings (e.g., crab, shrimp molt), Wood pieces. There was debris but I can't say whether it's from the ocean or the land.. it appeared to have washed up but I don't know the original source.
Man-made Modifications
Dune modification/removal. The path from the main parking lot of South Beach State Park looks like it was dug out so it's not as steep of a climb
