Overall not much new at South Beach mile 214. The gradient from teh water to the dunes seem a little less steep and the dunes a little shorter but

Small rocks, Seaweeds and seagrass, Shells, Animal casings or molts. I noticed a lot of small crab molts on the walk (or carcassas)

South Beach SP, South Jetty Yaquina River

I walked on the SB state park beach from the disabled access platform area to the south jetty. This beach is not my coast watch mile. I entered 4 pm where time of arrival (but not departure) not because that's when i arrived on the beach, I doubt if it was.
