Talked with a ladder who stated she had been collecting "seaweed" to put in her garden. I did give her a handout concerning marine reserves and mentioned that she may want to verify that she is allowed to gather it from within the reserve.Left message on Beach ranger's phone that I found debris that needed to be removed from North Stonefield beach. This was a 45"x45" lid from what appears to be an insulated container similiar to what fish or crabs are put in.
