Beautiful sunny day but very windy.

Beautiful sunny day but very windy. The sand has come back in and the beach appears very clean. Although there were 5 cars parked in the parking area we observed no people or dogs. Other than a few gulls the only birds sighted were 9 pelicans flying over the shoreline. Another permanent-type housing structure has been placed near the beach at the RV park. It is not many feet back from the ocean and on a very low bluff.
