Started the survey on the south side of Tenmile Creek.

Started the survey on the south side of Tenmile Creek. Winds were 1-5 mph out of the SW and sky was overcast. Tide was on the way out after a king high tide at approximately 11am with a low tide predicted for approximately 5pm according to Waldport tide tables. We had just finished walking the beach and were headed to North Stonefield Beach when the weather changed; winds 20-25+ mph, a driving rain, surf came up. This made going onto the north beach to treacherous to continue. We saw no debris on the beach. We observed 8 people and 2 dogs walking and playing on the beach. There were 4 cars in the parking lot.

Human Activities
Started the survey on the south side of Tenmile Creek. We saw no debris on the beach. We observed 8 people and 2 dogs walking and playing on the beach. There were 4 cars in the parking lot.
