Some scumbag dumped a truckload of house remodeling debris into the Siuslaw River lagoon alongside the North Jetty Road (photo).  Honeyman State Park personnel notified.Harbor seals and black surf scoter ducks observed in the near-shore surf.  Mole crab bodies and bits and pieces of Moon jellies along the mile today.
