Nice morning to exercise the dog on Heceta Beach.  Louie the Lab can't get enough of running along the surf line with his favorite ball in mouth.The are two dead adult sea lion carcasses washed up on the high tide line today.  Both are about 6 feet long, likely females.  One is halfway between the Siuslaw River North Jetty and Driftwood Shores resort, the other carcass is at the south end of the Driftwood Shores complex (north end of Mile 171).  No tags or markings observed.
