Very quiet and clean beach today.
Report Details
Very quiet and clean beach today. One large group of sanderlings feeding where seasonal creek runs into ocean, along with a few gulls. Garbage had been collected in ocean debris bags and set at dunes above hightide line for state park to collect, therefore very minimal garbage on beach. Beach also very clear of driftwood and large masses of kelp.

Temperature: 50 F. Cloud Cover: Cloudy. Wind Velocity: Calm/Light. Wind Direction: SE. Tide Level: 4.5 feet.

Total dead birds: 1. Pigeon guillemot
