Very little debris of any kind on the beach. A young sea lion(1 yr. oldish) lying on beach at surf. Appeared a bit thin and lethargic. At 145 post north of Bullards Beach parking area. Will check tomorrow to see if still there and condition.No sign of people or evidence of vehicles being on this stretch of beach.

Temperature: 45 F. Cloud Cover: Sunny. Wind Velocity: Moderate. Wind Direction: NE. Tide Level: 4.5 feet.
