June 14, 2009
A very serene and peaceful day here at 269.
Report Details
A very serene and peaceful day here at 269. There's a lot more sand present than over the winter. The storms of 08-09 were not that bad compared to the previous winter it seems. Lots of Dead crabs. Not sure why. No dead birds, fish, or other mammals. Just crabs. The winter's trash has very obviously been cleaned up considerably since last report. New debris includes remnants of a dock or floating platform as there is part of a frame and about 30 recycled wood type planks littered about the northern part of the mile.It was a calm, beautiful day. Tune in this September!
Human Activities
