One recent major slide involving a large shorepine at the north end of the beach near the headland adjacent to the last waterfall. Very fresh, must have been recent. A large quantity of rock and soil. Another slippage of vegetated foredune next to last year's slippage, about 150 yards north of the last beach house.

Just wanted to say there have been a lot of brown pelicans this season, more than I've ever seen, and I'm wondering if they will stay for the winter?
