Over the 4th of July weekend, graffiti appeared on the Roads End point, north end of mile 245. See 1st picture. 2nd picture is from Sept. 2008, at about 74th St. on Roads End mile.Anyone else having a similar problem on their mile?

Just wanted to say there have been a lot of brown pelicans this season, more than I've ever seen, and I'm wondering if they will stay for the winter?
