The are has seen light human use as evidenced from the trail conditions, obvious recent fire ring use. Dog tracks were only seen near point 4 fire ring. Shore birds were present in small numbers. At the south end of mile 227, 5-10 birds were observed either nesting or in the process of building nests on the cliffs. The area looks healthy and litter was almost nonexistent.

New Development
Tree stand viewing platform has had improvements made on it since the last visit. Light vegetation loss surrounding the tree stand has resulted due to increased traffic and trail use.

In comparing this visit to last I cannot discern any noticeable natural changes.
