Luxury condos are finished on the bluff overlooking Jump off Joe.

Luxury condos are finished on the bluff overlooking Jump off Joe. House built close to the beach is just about finished. There is more erosion of the bluff and vegetation, mainly due to people walking on the slopes probably.

Total dead birds: 2. both gulls but have been seeing Common Murre adults washed up recently as well
