- 9 PEOPLE & 6 DOGS- TWO WESTERN GULLS (FRESHLY DEAD) BOTH HAD DARTS THROUGH THEIR BREAST BONE. WE REMOVED THE DARTS AND GAVE THEM TO US FISH & WILDLIFE SERVICE OFFICER. PHOTO OF DARTS ATTACHED. SORRY NO PHOTO OF DARTS IN GULL.- NEW EROSION TO JUMP OFF JO

A FEW BOULDERS HAVE FALLEN RECENTLY FROM JUMP OFF JOE. THERE IS A NEW CRACK IN THE BLUFF OF JUMP OFF JOE. THERE IS SIGN THAT PEOPLE HAVE BEEN CLIMBING ON THE BLUFF.
