Beautiful sunny day with a strong wind on the beach. The wind was stronger on the north side of the Rocky Knoll. Ocean beach picnic area had little rock or debris on the sand, drift line was full of By the Wind Sailor. Rock creek, southside of Rocky Knoll, normal amount of small rocks and expose sand. Someone has tied a rope at the trail leading to the beach which is very helpful.16 people and three dogs, most on the north side of the Rocky Knoll, enjoying walking with one gentleman at the tide pools. Seagulls, crows and 10 Whimbrel. The remains of one dead bird, one wing with feathers and partial skeleton. Not enough remains to identify bird .No trash found on beach or in parking area.

New Development
Some one has tied a rope which is helpful when climbing down to the beach on the south side of the Rocky Knoll.

Except for myself there were people and vehicles only on the north side of Rock Creek which is called Ocean Picnic Beach.
