Yesterday started out as a bright sunny cold day with light wind, changing to a dark cloudy day. No wind at all on ocean picnic beach. The beaches had little to no gravel. Tide pools were filled with sand. Approximately 15 surf scooters in the waves. It was a gorgeous day!
