Recent winds appear to have covered a lot of what might have been observed, i.e. dead birds, debris. The beach was scoured flat which made walking in drift line easy. The weather was beautiful, calm, and unusually free of shore birds and other marine life.

Temperature: 55 F. Cloud Cover: Sunny. Wind Velocity: Calm/Light.

Notable Wildlife
Notable absence of shorebirds and crows. A few birds in flight observed.
Beached Birds
Total dead birds: 1. Too little remaining of the bird to identify--just a few feathers and bones. No bands observed.
Dead Fish or Invertebrates
Only a very few crab casings observed. One small jelly the size of a dime.

Seaweeds and seagrass, Land-based debris (picnics, etc.), Shells, Wood pieces.
