Beautiful near windless day at he beach. Felt much warmer than the 66 degrees noted.Big surprise of the day was two turkey vultures dining on a dead crab. Plus, a colony of 19 seagulls...usually there are between 0 and 4 birds total on this stretch of beach.All the people debris was hiding today. Also, most of the broken shells, crab casings, small rocks and seaweed were also hiding. (note the photos) .A very clean beach.The occupants of the vehicles in the parking area seemed to be heading towards mile 170 where the south jetty is located.
