Mile 162 - Oregon Dunes NRA, west of North Beach - September 3, 2020

Report Details

The fog increased as we walked but we saw two carcasses of sea lions and 4 dead birds. They were all within 50 yards of each other and fur, feathers and bones were all that was left. Several turkey vultures were on the two sea lion carcasses.

I waved my arms to let them know we were there because it was very foggy. He stopped driving and told me to go the beach for people who walk. This was for ATV or OHV. I reminded him the beach is for all.
