This was a beautiful day on Mile 162. Sunny, warm, with a light breeze. No litter on the beach or in the parking area. OHV drivers were considerate of others and did not drive on closed areas.

The fog increased as we walked but we saw two carcasses of sea lions and 4 dead birds.
