Report Details

Reporting a dead harbor seal on the high-tide line at the very northern edge of Mile 101 below Coquille Point. It has been there several days, and now the head has been picked over by birds: turkey vulture, gulls, crows. I delayed reporting this because the camera was at home. Sorry.
