For it being a rainy first day of spring break the beaches were pretty busy.

It was very noticable since I surveyed in october that the "D" river was flowing straight into the ocean.

This is what I found significant in my walk this morning: 1) There were very few people on the beach because of beach access closures and driftwood debris.

Big waves brought out some serious surfers while the hazy sunshine and very light wind brought out more dog lovers than usual.
