harbor sea pup may have been killed by the 3 roaming dogs as the dogs were vary aggressive and pup was only dead a few hours.

harbor sea pup may have been killed by the 3 roaming dogs as the dogs were vary aggressive and pup was only dead a few hours. I called the dogs owners & he said he would put a gate on the stairs to the beach to prevent the dogs from going down.dogs also chased one of the BLOY off that was feeding 5 BLOY7 Whimbrel's!Not much debis on beach
