Cloud Cover: Sunny.
Notable Wildlife
numerous large rafts of California sea lions just beyond breakers and to the horizon. Am I wrong - is it another species? Have never seen anything like it. There are up to 200 animals visible at the moment. Please confirm if I am mistaken and these are not CSLs. thanks.

I am submitting this dispatch report to document the presence of the deceased Hoodwinker Mola fish that washed up on Gearhart beach on June 3rd, 2024, making local news and intriguing beach visitors who flocked to this mile by foot and by vehicle to see this unusual find.
