Sand has filled in quite a bit.
Report Details
Sand has filled in quite a bit. Increase in plastic debris and green algae after recent storm. Beach has had heavy use recently. Many bonfires nightly. Beach is patrolled and cleaned by City public works 1Xweek. Still seeing dog poop bags left on beach. Concern about children playing in the outfall area at Tolovana. This water is being tested routinely by the state and has had high reading causing warning signs being placed. This does not seem to be a deterent.
