The shoreline rock berm has been reshaped by the ocean.
Report Details
The shoreline rock berm has been reshaped by the ocean. Two areas had rocks removed allowing the high tide waves to erode the soil bluffs. Bluff erosion was mininal. Some styrofoam, misc. plastic and three plastic floats were collected. One of the floats was made in China.One bald eagle was observed later in the day.

Temperature: 45 F. Cloud Cover: Rain. Wind Velocity: Calm/Light. Tide Level: 0.1 feet.

Total dead birds: 1. seagull

Seaweeds and seagrass, Ocean-based debris (from fishing boats, ship trash, etc.), Styrofoam. three plastic floats

The wrack line contained small (2-4") crab casings, clam shells and broken sand dollars. There was a small land slide near a house drain line - see picture. The sand level was low on the north end of mile 307 which leaves the rocks uncovered.

Other than the wheel and tire, the beach was very clean.

There were two people and one dog walking on the beach.
