Actions & Comments
I guess I should be happy that little changes on my mile, save for the REALLY deep hole some dug in the sand and over the years, the sand build up (low tides are not the same as a decade ago). Wait! This was in the news in the local newspaper about development on a sand dune (Classic Ridge) just on the other side of the road from the beach. I think it would be a disaster! It's an unstable sand dune with houses already on the top and they are going to build on the front of the dune. A beautiful August afternoon. Neahkahnie Creek and the drainage at the south end were lightly flowing with small streams.

A sunny Saturday morning in Manzanita! The upside down tree that is at 45. The strangest thing I found were the two adult common murres - one with a string tied to its wing.
